I’m a 25-year-old woman who works full time in accounts and I’m looking for a nice, comfortable place to call home. I’m clean, organised and respectful, and I really value having a home that feels relaxed and homely after a busy day.

I’m pretty easygoing and enjoy being social, but I also love having my own space and doing my own thing. I love getting out and about, going to the beach, exploring new places, going out for food and drinks and spending time with friends. I’m definitely not someone who is going to be throwing parties every weekend! but I do enjoy a good chat and getting along with the people I live with.

I’m a non-smoker, have no pets and have no issues with sharing bathrooms or common areas. I’m very respectful of other people’s space and always happy to do my part around the house.

I’m ideally looking to spend around $300–$350 per week and would love to find a friendly share house where everyone feels comfortable and gets along. I’m open to an existing share house or potentially finding people to start a new lease together 😊
