I am a quiet and respectful person and have always had a good relationship with my previous landlords and their respective property managers. I am a mature, responsible and a reliable single lady, and although I enjoy socialising, I do like my home to be a peaceful place.

I have been a great tenant during the tenancies at my previous rentals and have always paid my rent on time and in full, including my ability in keeping these properties clean and in good condition. I have passed every inspection and have always received thank you emails from the property managers, expressing their appreciation on the condition and upkeep of these properties.

I work full-time which does include working from home at times so I would need a room with ample space for my computer and desk.
