Dear Prospective Property Manager and Owner(s),

I’m Donny – an easy-going, third-year UQ medical student on a full-ride, Vice-Chancellor’s scholarship. I’m looking for a long-term home that provides a peaceful environment for my after-university hours as I complete medical school. At home, I’m always quiet as my time is sadly spent studying, reading and on other low-key hobbies. Also, I am known for respecting my living space as not only does this make your lives easier, but a tidy environment also helps me be more productive. I do not smoke, nor do I own any pets. I do not enjoy nor have time for noisy activities (e.g. parties).

Furthermore, I pride myself on being responsible and punctual, especially in regard to financial commitments like rent. Alongside my scholarship, I work part-time as a teacher and research assistant, which was given me a stable employment history. My previous property managers will confirm that I have never missed a rent payment. The only exception occurred due to a technical issue with a scheduled payment malfunctioning – I resolved this within minutes of being notified by my property manager. Importantly, should there ever arise an extraordinarily unlikely event where I face financial difficulties, my parents are prepared to provide support as my financial guarantors, ensuring that no personal challenges of mine would impact any of you.
