I am a full te artist running the art school in St Peters
thats why I am looking for affordable room close to the area. I also have extra side jobs, projects on the side with UNSW. No pets. Most of the time I am at the artstudio - looking smthg where I can have a rest at night, within walkable area to May street and UNSW where I am working.
