Hi, I’m Lachlan 👋 I work as a Software Engineer for one of the Big 4 banks in the CBD. I work the usual 9-5 but I’m pretty flexible on the days I go to office or work from home. Outside of work, I’m usually at the gym or going for a run (training for HYROX in December).

I’d describe myself as social and extroverted — I love heading out for food and drinks, but I also appreciate a chill night in with a good movie. I’m always curious to learn new things, whether that’s chess, coding, or studying Korean.

For the practical stuff: I’d like to live within walking distance of a train or tram into the city, and it’d be great to have parking for my car. I’m flexible about furniture, and meal prep during the week keeps my cooking simple.

My main motivation for moving is to get closer to work and enjoy more of what the inner suburbs have to offer. I’m easygoing about who I live with — couples, singles, men, women, and pets are all fine.
