🌿 Looking for a Room or Housemate(s) – Clean, Modern Home Wanted 🌿

Hi! I’m Tash 👋🏼 I’m 32 and I’m looking for either:
✨ A room to rent with my own bathroom, or
✨ One or two like-minded ladies to team up and find a place together.

I come with two mini dachshunds/security guards – Kobi & Lola. They’re small, well-behaved inside dogs. They go outside for the toilet, though like any small dogs they can have the occasional accident — but I always clean up straight away (inside and outside). They also have a baby playpen they can relax in if you prefer they don’t wander around the house.

🛏️ I have my own bedroom furniture and also own a fridge, washing machine, lounge, and work desk (I work from home a couple of days a week). I don’t need to bring everything – happy to just bring my room if the house is already furnished.

🏡 About me:
• Work Mon–Thurs in the city (some days WFH)
• Very clean, tidy, and respectful
• Not afraid of doing the lawns
• Enjoy a quiet, relaxed home environment
• I like to cook and would be happy to share a meal every now and then. It’s okay I don’t like cooking or eating mushrooms!
• Not a party person but love a drink here and there or dressing up for a few cocktails out
• Into beach days, swims (pool, beach, Tallebudgera), forest walks, cafés, and dog walks
• Enjoy watching the footy (NRL)
• Appreciate housemates I can chat with or share a drink/meal with occasionally, but also respect personal space
• Prefer not to live with someone who stays hidden in their room 24/7 — positive vibes only ✨

• Clean, modern space
