I am a healthcare professional working as an RN. I have been living in Perth for 12months now and have to move due to my housemate/landlord leaving and renting out the house. I own my own home in South Australia and I am renting it out whilst I am in Perth so I can relate to landlords and current tenants when it comes to co-living and having responsible and considerate housemates/tenants. I am neat and tidy, I don't like clutter or grime. I am happy to socialise but like to balance with my own time. I will be in and out a lot working (mainly AM and PM shifts, not on nights at the moment) and going to look after family each week. I like to get out in nature and love the beach.
