My name is Justin Dirk Houtzager, and I am writing to express my interest in renting a property in Newcastle. I am currently living in Breda, the Netherlands, and will be relocating to Newcastle for the 2026 football season. I will be in Newcastle from the end of January until the end of August 2026.

I have signed to play for Kahibah FC and will be moving together with my girlfriend and a teammate. We are all looking for a clean, well-maintained place to live during the season. As an athlete, I lead a disciplined and responsible lifestyle. I take very good care of my belongings and always treat any home with respect and attention. I can also provide references and any additional documentation if needed.

We would prefer to live close to the beach, as I enjoy the outdoors and spending time by the sea. Being near the coastline would make our stay even more enjoyable and practical during our time in Newcastle.

If selected as tenants, we will ensure the property is kept in excellent condition and that all rental obligations are met. I am happy to attend an inspection or answer any questions you may have.
