I'm a 45-year-old woman who enjoys walking, singing, horror and true crime. I also adore animals.

I work permanent part-time (30 - 37 hours per week). I am gone Monday to Friday for 6 - 11 hours per day.

I work as a domestic cleaner for a company that provides inhome care to elderly and disabled people.
I am contracted to work 30 hours per week, but I am often given more hours. That is why the hours vary.

I put the move-in date as the 6th of December, but after that is fine. I am currently renting alone, so I need to give 28 days' notice when I leave.

I value a quiet, clean space where my privacy is respected. I don't smoke, own pets, or have kids. I am also a non-drinker.

I would prefer unfurnished, because I already have all my own furniture. If it's a share house, I would prefer the room to be unfurnished.

I must be able to wear my shoes in the house (non-negotiable).

I always pay my rent and bills on time.

I have put "share house" as an option, but I would only be interested in a shared living arrangement where I would have lots of privacy. I am used to having a quiet place to come home to.
I also don't own a television, so I would prefer a place that doesn't have a TV on frequently.

The maximum I would pay for a share house would be $270pw (plus expenses, with a shared bathroom), or $300pw (plus expenses, with a private bathroom).
