Hazel

Hi I am Hazel, a 25 year old Information Technology and Computer Science student.

I am an experienced renter, and have over 6 years of experience of living in small and large share houses, and am very familiar and acquinted with shared living.
I am clean and always punctual with being well kept after myself, contributing to doing regular chores, bills, and rent.
I strive and value open communication, and am always happy to receive that too.

I am currently looking for a long-term sharehouses in Melbournes North, such as Preston, Coburg North, Reservoir, and etc.
The max weekly rent I can afford is about $215-220 a month, I am happy to go on a lease, pay bond, and roommate transfer fees.

I am happy with any house vibe, if that be a vibe where my roommates are more private and keep to themselves, or a communal or social one where we do dinner or board game nights for example.

I would have my friend over sometimes once a week on a weekend like Friday night and maybe through to Saturday. If that is okay I would always announce that I have a guest coming.
Otherwise I do not host parties or large groups of people, but I am okay with those that do that.

My interests are music, health and going to the gym, playing video games, playing instruments like guitar (I will always keep this at a reasonable volume at reasonable hours), making digital art and drawing, cooking, being a movie buff, and many other things :>
