Hi! I’m Ben, 26 years old, and from Ireland. I have been living in Perth since January and looking for a 6 month+ rental.

Having lived in shared houses for many years, I like to keep places clean and respectful.

I work part-time as a bartender while looking for professional work in the city.

Enjoy exercise and like to train 1/2 times most days.

Love the ocean and ideally looking for somewhere close by, also have a car, so that's not a deal breaker!
