Jade and Vincent

Hi!

We are a professional international couple seeking a long-term rental commencing in
early March in the Bondi, North Bondi, Rose Bay, Bellevue Hill or Bronte areas.

Jade, aged 26, is originally from France and is currently employed full-time at
Pirelli Australia. She holds a Bridging Visa while awaiting sponsorship approval and
is legally entitled to work and reside in Australia. She intends to remain in Australia
on a long-term basis.

Vincent, aged 24, is originally from Germany and is employed full-time at
Sydney BMW. He is currently on a Working Holiday Visa and is in the process of
applying for Permanent Residency. His employment is stable and ongoing.
We are financially secure, responsible, non-smokers, and respectful tenants who
take great pride in maintaining a clean and well-cared-for home. We are looking to
settle into a property for the long term and are committed to caring for it to a high
standard.

All supporting documentation, including employment contracts, recent payslips, visa
documentation, bank statements, and rental references, is prepared and available
upon request.
We would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to secure a long-term lease and
become reliable tenants.
