Vrajesh and Ishika

I am a 26y/o currently employed as a design engineer at a healthcare company in Macquarie park. I have an active lifestyle, I like to gym, play basketball, gaming, travel and go on hikes.
My wife Ishika is from NZ, and she will be moving in January. She also has an active lifestyle and works as a civil engineer.
Im currently looking for a private room in sydney, preferably north ryde, north sydney, chatswood, ryde or Macquarie park area, to move in around early November.
Budget is flexible, ideally single person rate from nov-dec and then couples rate thereafter.
Parking is a must, along with fast wifi and access to public transport
