I’m looking for a short-term rental (unit, granny flat, or furnished apartment) in Brisbane, preferably close to the city, from **11 September to 29 October**.

The accommodation will be for **my parents and me** while they are visiting Australia to attend my graduation. We are a quiet, respectful, and responsible family. We don't smoke, don't host parties, and will treat your home with the utmost care, keeping it clean and tidy throughout our stay.

We are looking for a comfortable place where my parents can enjoy their visit, and we would be grateful for the opportunity to stay in your property. If you have anything available during those dates, I'd love to hear from you.
