I'm a 37-year-old, single, straight, male, left-wing, who enjoys gaming and music(i use headphones for both DW😁).

I'm a fully qualified cobbler but i am currently on disability for PTSD, chronic fatigue and crohns disease. I am on the Medical Marijuana program for the later. So i am a smoker obviously.(I don't drink or use any other drugs)

What brought me here:

I have struggled to find the right room/granny flat with the right roommates(no issues, just general personality conflicts i've grown tired of faking my way through)

I am going to be studying soon so i need a place i feel is a positive environment for me to focus entirely.

So im looking for a situation that is chill(at the least) and we instantly vibe (at best). I value open communication and respect others' needs. I don't have pets but love animals. And dont have any Pet Phobias or Allergies. Dont mind taking a spider or two outside for housemates if they do.

I am anti-racism, anti homophobia/Transphobia. And i try to fight against these things in my behaviour and attitude. So i guess just keep scrolling if you are either of those things. Or if you think Elon Musk or Trump are alright people.

I am hoping this time i can find a chill person or some chill peeps. Who are open minded. I dont care what peoples personality quirks or disabilities are, what their vices are. I'm super easy going. And I am a people pleaser by nature.

In the end i keep to myself mostly. And im looking for a room to rent, not a friend. But compatibility on these things is a bare minimum for me. Otherwise i can stay where i am currently. As i am just sick of being around facebook educated people.

Hopefully someone is out there with the reverse of this issue.

I've been living in my current place for around 2 years. And 3 years the place before that. So i am looking for something 12 months minimum. And i'm not looking for any Rooming houses.

Happy to share with people. But due to past experiences and my desire to feel safe inside my own house. I will ask that Rooming agents not message me. Unkess you have read my full description and reply with something human. That understands the environment i am looking for and can provide something close to.

Also my response level is low because Rooming houses keep messaging me when i've requested they dont. I will not reply to any slumlord taking advantage of the lost and hopeless people in our society.

Any private individual though, i will give my time of day. Especially those who have actually taken time to read my description before replying to me.
