I’m Jess, I am 27 years old and I live currently in the Inner West.
I am a full time student studying at Meadowbank TAFE doing a Certificate III Beauty Services.
Looking for a place to move into, preferably a studio or granny flat by March 3 2025.
I have experience with staying in homes to pet sit, staying in AIRBNBs as well as living with family.
With good character references.
I have an active life, very busy and I enjoy reading, being creative, personal development, walking, going out to cafes, love travel. Exploring new places, spending time with animals, family and friends.
As a flatmate, I am polite, friendly. I enjoy spending time with people and enjoy my personal time too. I love to help around the home. A place to call home is important to me.
What I am looking for in a flatmate arrangement is: A peaceful, relaxed living environment. Autonomy and independence. Kind, respectful, working towards a common goal of sharing a place together harmoniously.
