Hi, I’m Laura! I’m 30 and I’m from London.

I’m looking for a room in a place which is a clean, calm environment - ideally a female flat of max 4 people. Bonus points if it’s close to public transport and has some outside space. Ideal location would be Randwick, Coogee, Clovelly, Double Bay/Edgecliff or Paddington areas (but flexible).

As a flatmate I’m considerate, clean and tidy, love a chat but also value my quiet/alone time - basically just looking for somewhere lovely to call home for a while and it would be fab if I can make a new friend or two out of it!

I work in the CBD (Mon-Fri, 9-5) currently with the odd day from home.

Things I enjoy at home: cooking and baking, relaxing with a glass of wine, watching tv or reading, chatting with flatmates, doing something creative, hosting chilled drinks/brunch/dinner

Things I enjoy outside of home: going out to eat/coffee runs, exercising (swimming, pilates or walking!), watching a sunrise or sunset, going to the cinema, reading or socialising at the beach
