Hey everyone,

My name is Guilherme, I’m in my early 30s and I’m looking for a place that feels like home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I work full-time as a prep chef on the Gold Coast, starting early (around 6am) and usually finishing around midday, so I’m out of the house during the mornings and generally keep a pretty structured routine. Being a chef means I’m naturally clean, organised, and respectful of shared spaces. I genuinely enjoy cooking and I’m always happy to share a meal when the opportunity comes up.

Outside of work, I’m a pretty laid-back person. During the week I usually keep to myself, focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and enjoy staying active. I appreciate my own space and a bit of solitude after a busy day, but I’m always friendly and easy to get along with. On weekends, I’m more likely to be out exploring, catching up with friends, or enjoying a good social hang. I appreciate a home where everyone is comfortable doing their own thing while still having a positive and relaxed atmosphere.

The real star of the show.
XBK is a friendly indoor cat who’s mastered the art of napping, supervising meal prep, and convincing people he owns the house within 24 hours. He’s clean, litter-trained, doesn’t scratch furniture, and is very low-maintenance.

Most of the time, XBK is happy hanging out in my room, sleeping on the bed, or finding a sunny spot near a window. He’s not the type of cat that’s constantly roaming through the house demanding attention, and I make sure he’s well looked after and respectful of the space we’re living in.

If you’re worried about pets, XBK is probably one of the easiest housemates you’ll ever have.
