G'day there,

I'm Matthew and I'm currently looking for a place to stay medium to long term, I work as a counsellor and enjoy live sports and events, outdoor activities/walks. I'm a very clean person and have a rental reference and a recent police clearance, I don't need a car space but would like a decent size room at the minimal, no small rooms please, can pay up to $350 for a ensuite room, less for shared bathroom, prefer unfurnished but flexible, if you need someone just send me a message for a chat, thanks alot, Matthew
