Sujin

Hello, my name is Sujin from South Korea. I’m 23 years old and I have a working holiday visa. I will arrive in Sydney in Feb 25. So I’m looking for a wonderful room. Also I plan to stay for at least three months, and possibly for up to a year.

I have lived in one place in Brisbane for the past six months without causing any problems, and I maintained a very good relationship with my landlord. I am a very clean, tidy, and detail-oriented person.

Once I arrive in Sydney, I plan to find a job immediately. I also have sufficient savings at the moment, so there will be no risk of falling behind on rent payments.

In Korea, I lived alone for four years in a second-floor apartment and always kept my home spotless. Thanks to regular cleaning and good habits, I never had any issues with bugs or pests. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important to me, and I always treat my living space with care and respect.

I also pay attention to small but important details that help keep a home in good condition — for example, I leave the washing machine door open after doing laundry to prevent mold, and I avoid rinsing leftover onions before storing them to prevent spoilage or attracting insects.
