Heya Sydney peeps. I’m James, 26, into my second year in Aus. Currently in Neutral Bay, looking to move somewhere a fair bit vibier. I’m a sociable and respectful housemate and no stranger to house sharing: have lived in houses ranging from 1 other person to 9 (and no i will not be doing that again haha). Love a little socialising in the kitchen or living room, a group meal or what have you but also v independent and know how to clean up after myself.

Work in hospo so can get ya cheap drinks to butter you up.

Fun-wise, i love a pub-trip, beach-trip, park-trip and everything in between. I’m fairly active too so if anyone needs a gym buddy im down.
