I’m James, 26, recently moved to Sydney after 9 months in Melbourne (Sydney is defo winning so far). I’m a sociable & respectful housemate and no stranger to house sharing: have lived in houses ranging from 1 other person to 9 (and no i will not be doing that again haha). Love a little socialising in the kitchen or living room, a group meal or what have you but also v independent and know how to clean up after myself.

Fun-wise, i love a pub-trip, beach-trip, park-trip and everything in between. I’m fairly active too so if anyone needs a gym buddy im down.
