- wants to live in an all girls house with me and go on the lease. - open to finding a 3rd girl so we can get a 3 or 4 bedroom house of our own.

- happy to live around the mid northern suburbs like stirling, joondanna, balcatta, scarbs, innalloo etc. I'd love to live within 10-15 mins of the beach!

- is friendly or familiar with neurodivergence & trauma - I am highly neurodivergent and I also have C-PTSD so I'm looking for housemates who are compassionate or even can relate on a personal level. These things don't exclude me from general responsibilities like cleaning, but it means that my rhythms may be different, my social skills vary from good to not good, and sometimes I like to just be left alone. I just want to ensure that my housemates know this about me. 🙂

- Willing to have difficult conversations when necessary- Honest and safe communication are a must in our home so we can all be heard, grow, learn eachothers likes, dislikes and personalities, which makes our home a harmonious and beautiful one. And be considerate of eachother!

- Likes animals ❤ - I'm also gonna get a cat!! (who does their business outside) and i also work as a pet sitter so the occasional dog might come and visit :))

-budget of around 230- 320 a week

- is ok with me having the master bedroom. I like being away from other rooms so i can make noise and be weird hahahah

U don't have to want to stay that long, when the lease renews you'll have a chance to move on if you like. Stuff happens and thats life, plans change and thats ok!!
