Hi! I’m Dave — moving back to Melbourne after several years in the U.S., where I recently completed my master’s degree at Harvard. I’m returning with savings and looking to settle into a relaxed, comfortable home.

I’m easygoing, respectful, and clean. I enjoy a minimal, peaceful lifestyle — just as happy to keep to myself as I am to have a chat or share a meal. I get along well with people from all walks of life and always aim to bring a calm, positive energy to a shared space.

I’ve travelled internationally quite a bit and love staying active — I’m into fitness, sports, and generally living a healthy, balanced life. I don’t have pets or kids, and I always respect others’ space and routines.
