Hi, I’m Paige Carter, 22 years old, and currently working full-time as a childcare educator. I was previously living in an apartment in Hope Island, however my roommate is moved so I’m now looking for my next place to call home.

I am currently housesitting until the end of October so am looking for a place from November onwards. Ideally I am looking for a place longer term.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces, and I like to keep things organised so everyone feels comfortable at home. I’m not a party person and enjoy a quiet, relaxed home environment, though I may occasionally have a friend over. During the week I’m usually busy with work, but in my spare time I enjoy cooking, catching up with friends, exploring new coffee spots, or relaxing with a good show.

I’m ideally looking for a room anywhere from Pimpama through to Surfers Paradise, including surrounding areas such as Coomera, Helensvale, Hope Island, Southport and nearby suburbs.

I’d love to live with easygoing housemates who enjoy a friendly chat but also respect each other’s privacy and personal space.

I can provide references, rental history, and proof of employment if required.
