hi,
my name is Eliza and alongside my partner we are looking for a rental house to call home with our dogs full-time, and my children on some holidays and weekends. Ideally our best option would be for someone looking for a room. To come and sign a lease with us, or a couple of people. For example, we have one option in Pallara on two acres for 950 a week so would want two housemates who can be ona lease.
My kids - who won't be around all the time but will be from time to time-
My son, now 20 and working on solar farms down south, is based in Sydney.
Ny daughter, almost 16 attends school in Logan and does part time work at the local IGA. We are looking for an immediate commencement for our new home or as quickly as we can possibly manage, as our dogs are actually in Willawong held by Brisbane City Council through no fault of their own.
We were camping/travelling with our dogs and a campervan when our girl got loose one day - uncharacteristically - given it was food time and the dogs were getting fed her favourite - roast chicken.
she vanished for three days before being picked up at a school a huge distance from where we had been.
My partner - is a chartered accountant - has been on a leave of absence from his profession while we tackled some major personal issues and took on caring for myself- for my medical issues and assisting me in the care needs of my mum. After quite some time off, it has started to put a strain on our economic situation and he will be returning to the workplace soon. As such, our affordability currently is a great deal lower than it ordinarily would be, however if a property we find and love is outside our realm of affordability, we have the option for applying for rent connect to subsidise our rent while my partner re-engages with his career.
We are clean, respectful, our dogs are well trained and crated when we are not home- not being home is rare for myself because of my conditions but works for us, and we are very very keen to show any agent and owner putting their faith in us that it was well placed. We are happy for rent to be paid via centrepay or whichever suits, are eligible for a rental bond loan (before midday gets it paid today) and rental grant, and we are both highly motivated to obtain a rental property without delay.
I am hopeful with my medications assisting to manage symptoms and pain, that I will be able to return to study at Griffith and find a fulfilling position that is flexible and can take me back into contributing in some way.
