I work as a professional in the welfare field and am regularly police checked, I work from home so require a room big enough to have my desk and chair in there and needing to connect to a Lan port via the ethernet for work happy to provide own modem and internet just need a connection point. I dont drink or do drugs or smoke and have a calm demeanour seeking a similar quiet person. I socialise away from the home, I have family I spend a lot of time with based in Melbourne. Needing an area to park my car this can be off road or on the street. I am a clean and tidy person and will clean up after myself in the main areas ready for the next person to use.
