We are a couple looking for a room to rent in a house or apartment in Perth’s metro region.
We need the room starting now an for a duration of 6 months to 12 months
Our budget is $300–$350 per week for a room with its own ensuite , we’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with respectful housemates.
We are tidy, quiet, and easygoing. We both work and are reliable with rent. Ideally, we’d love a place with access to a kitchen and laundry.
