Hi, I'm Nick. I'm 27 years old from California and currently on a working holiday visa. I'm looking for a place within budget and with respectful flatmates. I’m chill, friendly, and I always clean up after myself and like to keep shared spaces tidy.

I'm pretty quiet and tend to keep to myself, but I'm always happy to have a quick chat in the common area and would also respect personal space and privacy.
