Hi! My name is Eric, I’m 19 and currently living in Sydney. I work full-time in construction from 7am to 5pm on weekdays, so I’m usually out most of the day and enjoy a calm home environment. I rarely party, I’m quiet at home, and very respectful of shared spaces.

I’m clean and tidy, especially in the kitchen, and I always keep the house in good condition. I’m friendly and easygoing, but I also respect privacy. I’m okay with pets and get along well with others.

My budget is up to $500 per week. I sometimes work from home on weekends, so a good internet connection (NBN preferred, ethernet plug if possible) would be great, though not a deal breaker.

This is my second year in Sydney and I’m looking for a stable, long-term place with good vibes and reliable housemates.
