Hey! I’m Neem – 23 and moving from Canberra to Sydney for a new role as an Actuarial Analyst based in the city. I’m super excited for this next chapter and am looking for a cozy, relaxed place to call home.

A bit about me: I’m tidy, respectful, and easy-going. I love a good balance between being social and having downtime – I’m always up for a shared meal or movie night, but I also really value personal space and quiet time to unwind.

I’m a big reader (I run a book club with my friends back home!) and I’m currently obsessed with Greys Anatomy. Outside of work, books and TV shows, I enjoy exploring new places, hiking, trying out cafés, eating sweet treats, and hanging out with my friends. I’m also open to making the space feel like home with whoever I’m living with whether that means the occasional night in with snacks or just coexisting comfortably.
