Ngahuia

My name is Ngahuia Stobbs, and I’m very interested in finding a property. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share why I believe I’d be a great fit for the home.

My hobbies consist of making art like drawing and painting and in my spare time I love to play video games either on my own or with my friends. I grew up in the Maitland Region where I did my schooling and have recently been living in the Newcastle Region for the past 2 years to be more close to the city.

I’m currently working part-time at Guzman y Gomez Tighes Hill DT and have been working there for a year. I’m looking for a comfortable place to call home. As a tenant, I’m responsible, clean, and respectful. I have a solid rental history, always pay rent on time, and treat every space I live in with care and consideration, both for the property and the neighbours.
