Hi all, I'm Randy and I'm currently looking move out into the south-eastern suburbs to work full-time. Looking for other easy-going and friendly but also responsible individuals to live with.

Completely down to be friends or co-exist peacefully or anything in-between! I consider myself very flexible when it comes to anything aside from ensuring there's a clear expectation on making sure we all are contributing our fair share whether that be financially or otherwise (doing chores, living arrangements etc).

Looking for other people who know how to take care of themselves and the place they are living in, or at the very least take care of the areas that we will be sharing.

I am definitely more on the extroverted side so have no issues with being social/having people over, and will want to have the freedom to do so myself (within reason of course).
