Hi there,

My partner Levi (22) and I (Emma 22) are looking for a room to rent together and would love to find somewhere pet-friendly. We’re both tidy, respectful, and reliable tenants who take good care of any space we live in.

I work full-time in childcare, earning around $1,000 per week after tax, and Levi works 3–4 days a week at Coogee Macca’s, earning around $430 per week after tax.

We do have pets — a friendly dog and nine guinea pigs who are well cared for and kept clean in their enclosures. We’re happy to pay a pet bond if needed and can provide references.

We’re hoping to move in before 5 January but are available anytime from now if that suits.
