Looking for a Home – September Move In

My name is Dave, I'm 30 years old and I'm currently looking for a place to call home from around 5 September, although I'm happy to move in earlier if the right place comes up.

I'm open to:
* A room in a friendly share house.
* A one-bedroom apartment.
* A two-bedroom unit with a mate who is also looking.

My ideal budget is around $300 per week, and I'm looking in Perth's central suburbs ideally North of the river such as Subiaco, Leederville, Wembley, West Perth and surrounding areas. I'm also open to beachside suburbs like Scarborough.

A little about me:
I'm a fitness coach based at Adapt Health Club in Claremont, where I've worked for the past year. Alongside personal training, I also run primary school fitness programs, cricket coaching and fitness dating events. I have a stable income across these ventures, a strong rental history and can provide excellent landlord references.

I've previously rented in South Perth for three years, as well as privately in Swanbourne and Scarborough.

I'm looking for a long-term home with people who value respect, open communication and a relaxed, welcoming environment.

I'm clean, tidy, considerate and enjoy contributing to a home where everyone feels comfortable and supported.

I'd describe myself as friendly, outgoing and easy to communicate with. I enjoy a balance of socialising and quiet nights at home. I love cooking and would happily share the occasional meal, while also respecting everyone's own space and routine.

I don't smoke, I don't have pets, and I take pride in looking after the place I live.

Outside of work you'll usually find me exercising, playing cricket, reading, dancing, cooking or heading to the beach.

One of the reasons I'm drawn to the coast is because it helps me slow down, recharge and appreciate how beautiful Perth is.
