I'm relocating to Brisbane from Rockhampton for an exciting new Senior Estimator role in the construction industry, starting soon and looking to settle in around the South Brisbane/West End area, close to work.

A bit about me: I'm tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easygoing to live with — I keep to myself when I need focus, but I'm always up for a friendly chat or dinner with housemates too. I work full-time in an office-based role (regular hours, not shift work), so you can expect a stable, low-drama housemate.

I have my own car, so off-street parking is important to me — but I'm just as interested in being part of a good, friendly household as I am in the practical stuff. If you've got a welcoming home with a solid community vibe, I'd love to hear from you.
