Hi,

I’m JAE and a 29-year-old male from Korea. I’m clean and respectful, and I like to keep shared spaces tidy. I’m naturally quiet and usually spend most of my time in my room at home

I’m a non-smoker. I don’t drink often but enjoy wine and beer. I’m considerate and easy to live with. I’ve just moved to Melbourne from Hamilton Island and I’m excited to explore the city

The most important thing for me is the swimming pool. It doesn’t have to be 25m, but I’d prefer a decent-length pool where I can properly swim for exercise. The gym is also important, though I’m not too concerned about the equipment.

Ideally, I’d love to live in an apartment with a good pool. Some basic furniture would be great, and I’d also like to be able to cook without restrictions (I usually just cook simple meals)
