I’m from the Cayman Islands, just moved here from California, and now doing my Masters in Biotechnology at UQ.

I’m a clean, respectful, and easygoing person looking for a cozy apartment or condo in the city to call home. I work regularly on my startup / projects, so I keep a pretty focused routine and tend to be on the quieter side during the week.

I work out consistently, keep shared spaces tidy, and always pay rent on time. I’m very mindful of personal space but also open to friendly chats and the occasional shared meal or movie night. I’m hoping to create a wholesome, comfortable home environment in Brisbane.
