Hi there! I'm currently looking for a place in the surrounding suburbs of Perth/Inner West.

I'm Shaun, I am an Aussie who currently works in medical research full time at the Perth Children's Hospital. As such, I work the typical 9-5 in the office and rarely work from home. I look after a team of researchers at the hospital, so I am generally quite busy during business hours. I have previously flat-shared for over 8 years with no issues and am particularly looking for a tidy, respectful household.

Outside of work I am generally visiting family or doing something active. I love learning about new topics and new cultures, so this would also be an added bonus if my future housemates come from a different background than I!

Depending on the living arrangement, I am quite flexible with my price range.
