Hello everyone. This is Aditya Banik and I am 27 years old. I will be arriving in Perth, WA, for my Higher Education in University of Western Australia, where I will be studying Master of Agricultural Science, Starting from 21st July. So I am looking for a suitable accommodation near UWA, especially in the listed areas for a long term stay in shared house or as flatmate. My budget is around 200-250 aud/w and it would be great if it comes with an attached bathroom. I am clean, tidy and an organized person.
