Im currently 31 years old, carpenter by Trade but can do almost anything so can help out around the home as much as I can:) lookimg for something round the 6 possible 12 months stay depending what the future foresees. Do have a plan hense renting and transitioning from a qualified carpenter and possibly looking into more farming. Have lived in Gisborne my whole life and currently resigning here at the moment. Not a partier! and not a person to have people coming over all the Time if at all. I'd have my Younger brother and maybe my friend come past and that would be the most. Happy to respect all aspects of privacy with whoever I may resign with as well as would respect the same in return. I am renting off you so what your house rules are I will obide by. I like to communicate openly and am very easy and understanding when you would want things a Certain way which will be respected by me. I will bring very little to save the stress, most likely bring my clothes and some other basics to suite. I'm not the person to live with others as I have seen the state in how some people can live and think it's acceptable lol I have owned my own place so I do no the importancey of maintenaning the property. I definitely over clean when at the premises and other then that i, Ill be working or with my brother on a farm/bush we look after so I won't be in your face all that much! Cheers
