Hi 👋 my name is Tyler! Am looking to rent a room from November ( can be flexible) to rent long term and call home .

I am 26 and work full time in the community services sector, including some days from home.

As a tenant, I am clean, quiet, respectful of others spaces and reliable with rent.

When not working, I am usually getting some steps in, at the gym, trying a new cafe, off seeing friends or relaxing watching a new show.

I can provide excellent rental, personal and professional references and don’t smoke or host parties.

While, quiet and keep to myself, I am super friendly and always say hello and up for the occasional glass of wine with the right house mates.

My current budget is around $500 a week and would ideally like my own bathroom!
