Z-, Delta and Lemi

Hi! My name is Z (21) and I am moving with my girlfriend Delta (22), and our friend Lemi (22). I have a dog named Bucky who is 2 years old and a male Chocolate Labrador, and Lemi has a 4 year old male Tabby cat named Boë. Ideally we would like to move to a place with 3 bedrooms for us in the Tuggeranong or Woden areas.

We are used to a clean and well organised home, and have past housemate experience in living in our own sharehouse for 2 years, with 7 housemates total (including us) in that period (no more than 2 other housemates at a time). We are both quiet and polite people, we don't smoke and don't party a lot. We are both neurodivergent so would appreciate a housemate that is also neurodivergent, or just respectful of it. All we need is open and direct communication and will be happy to work with you to live together :)

About Bucky -
I am committed to training Bucky, so he is potty trained, does not bite, rarely barks, and I have made sure he has a handle on his food obsessive genetics and he does not steal food or have resource guarding issues. He does not struggle with separation anxiety and can be trusted unsupervised (I do expect there to be a lot of stress for him when first moving to a new place of course so there may be issues, but I am committed to preparing him for that). We do not need a place with a back yard, I will commit to walking him/taking him outside regularly, but of course it would be preferable for him.

Hi! I'm Z, I'm 21 and am non-binary, I use they/them pronouns. I am a quiet and introverted person, but am still friendly and open. In my spare time I enjoy playing videogames, and spending time with friends. It also enjoy film, altering clothing and making art out of them, and looking after my dog. I currently work at the National Film and Sound Archive in Acton as a front of house customer service worker, but am looking for another job because working in the city isn't working for me. I do not have a car so bus/walk to get around.

Hi, I'm Delta, I'm a 22 year old transgender woman (she/her). In my spare time I enjoy playing D&D with friends, practicing karate, and singing in the nerd choir group I am apart of. I currently have a job as a customer service worker at Lincraft in Woden.
I have a car so a place with a parking space for me would be ideal.
