Iku and Shu

We are a couple in our late 20s looking for a new place to call home, along with our quiet female cat. Here’s a bit about us:
• Shu is working in a seafood wholesale company in Victoria on the Sponsored Visa. He will start working five days a week as a mortar mechanic in Tweed Heads in mid-October.

• Iku is currently working on a farm in Victoria on the Working Holiday visa, and will relocate to Tweed Heads and seek a new job.

• We’re clean and cooperative, always keeping shared spaces tidy and helping out where needed.

• In our free time, we both enjoy learning or taking peaceful walks in nature.

• Our visa is valid until February 2026, and if our visa application succeeds, we’d love to stay long-term.

• For our cat, we manage odours by placing her litter box in an ensuite bathroom and running an air purifier at all times. She’s a calm and well-behaved female.

We’re reliable tenants with stable incomes and look forward to finding a place that suits us all!
