Hello!

Looking for a new home base on the Gold Coast - ideally somewhere calm, light-filled, and friendly. Hoping for somewhere a little closer to the airport than where I am now (Canungra), as I travel to Sydney semi-regularly for work. I moved here from Sydney after a couple of years of overseas travel to be closer to fam/friends, slower lifestyle, the beach etc.

I'm a marketing / product development consultant, so I work remotely - maybe 1-2 days at home, the rest of the time out and about with clients, at events, or co-working etc. I usually do 4-5 days in Sydney every 6-8 weeks or so, depending on business needs, and I'll also be away for about 5 weeks in Aug/Sept.

I'm pretty self-sufficient and independant, I like a clean home and take good care of any property I live in - I own townhouse myself in Brisbane, rented out long-term so I know the value of a good tenant/flattie who takes care of the property.

Outside of work, I love hanging with my little nephew, hiking to waterfalls, SUP, horseriding - anything outdoors :-)

My furniture and homewares etc are all in a storage unit in Sydney, so I'm looking for a bedroom that is furnished - I have all my own linen etc though.
