Hello im a 24 year old English born, im currently living with family in Mandurah but want to move out for more independence, im a carpenter by trade, have just finished a cert 2 in security so will work as a security guard soon, dont drink, dont smoke, mainly at gym in spare time My former house mates (mum and dad) both said that I was a pleasure to have round the house as I’m sure I’ll make a good addition to your household. My only request is my own room really and as long as we have a toilet and shower that works at least most of the time. Thankyou
