Hi! I’m planning to move out of my current place after living here for the past four years, so I’m now looking for a room. I’m also open to teaming up with the right person to find a place together. I’d be able to move in with around four weeks’ notice to my current flatmate.

I work full-time as a 3D/VFX artist at Disney in Moore Park, with two days a week in the office. I’m keen to move to Waterloo as most of my friends live nearby, they’re basically my support system, so it would be lovely to be closer to them.

I really value having a calm and comfortable home environment. I’m not a party person, but I do enjoy relaxed evenings, whether that’s a chat after work, a glass of wine, or a movie night. I don’t have people over often, just on occasional basis, lets say once in 2 weeks one or 2 of my girls to chit chat.

I’m clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces and personal boundaries. I’m looking for a place that feels peaceful and welcoming, with flatmates who value cleanliness, mutual respect, and positive energy.
