Hi everyone,

My partner and I are looking for a room with a private ensuite in the Southport, Labrador, or surrounding Gold Coast areas.

We’re both friendly, respectful, and easygoing people who value a clean, relaxed, and drama-free home environment. We’re social and happy to chat or share a meal occasionally, but we also respect personal space and quiet time.

A bit about us:• We’re both working professionals with stable routines• Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces• Easy to get along with and reliable with rent and bills

Move-in timing:We’re ideally looking for a room available around mid-May. One of us would be ready to move in around May 11, and the other will be returning from a pre-planned overseas trip and joining around May 17.

Our priorities are:• Private ensuite (important)• Southport / Labrador / nearby areas• Good, respectful household vibe

We’re happy to view the room before April 27 and secure it early if it feels like the right fit.
