I am looking for a third housemate to join my friend Emily (21F) and me in finding a house together on the south side of Brisbane.

We are looking to pay between $150-$200 each.

We value minimal drama a good communication. We are organized and pay rent and bills on time with no fuss. We both work part-time.

Emily has a poodle. He is very gentle happy dog and would get along with other pets, although can get excited and bark a lot when meeting new people.
