I am looking for a future flatmate (or 2) to find a place and sign a lease in the next couple months. I have found a few places between Palm Beach and Bilinga and want to look sooner rather than later as it is super competitive. Also happy to consider couples (even if only one signs on to the lease).

I am a sociable girl in her early 20's who loves sunrise walks, the gym, and movie nights. I am looking for a place with like-minded people in their early/mid 20's who keep the space clean, respects personal downtime but is also keen to hang out/have a chat!

I also will have a house full of furniture available to furnish the property from end of March!
