Hi, I'm Peter. I'm a 32 year old currently on the retail grind while looking for a post-uni job.

I'm your traditional introvert so not up for more than the occasional party but always up for a quick chat/vent after work or while cooking. Don't have any pets myself (due to previous accommodation) but love most animals so as long as its not an actual spider I'm sure we will get along great.

I like to cook and bake a bit but don't need anything special beyond a dishwasher. I prefer things clean but I'm not going to care if someone leaves some dishes in the sink overnight. I'm flexible on housemates; don't care about age or sexuality, shared bathrooms, weird schedules or friends visiting, as long as you aren't having loud parties every week I'm sure I'll survive. I have my own bedroom furnishings but nothing irreplaceable so somewhat flexible in that regard too.

No car currently but plan to buy one next year so parking is nice but not a necessity.

Looking for a relaxed house with good access to public transport, preferably along the Caboolture train line.

I can provide a reference from a previous housemate and proof of income if required. I'm usually free mon-wed or evenings later in the week.
